About Me
My name is Amber, a stained-glass artist from Columbus, Ohio. I like to create glass pieces that I know can bring others joy, while also exploring the light and dark sides of art that I enjoy equally. Thankfully, glass is the perfect medium for that.
I loved art from a young age and thought for sure I was destined for art school. However, I burnt out, went academic, then corporate, and that is where I remain. I’m a data analyst by day, but finally, after many years, I’ve picked up a creative outlet that I’m head over heels for.
When I’m not working on drawing new glass patterns or working on glass, I’m probably in my hammock reading, watching professional wrestling, or hanging out with all the amazing people I get to love in my life. Thanks for taking a look at my page and feel free to connect if there are any questions!
About Feral Light
My husband and I moved into a home in 2024 that we knew had a few feral cats. We were fortunate enough to buy our home from a friend who had already started a ‘TNR’ effort, successfully spaying a stray girl named Goji.
Since moving in, we have also successfully spayed our newest indoor addition, Iyo. (Meet both these cats below.) There are too many ferals around here to count, but as long as we live here, we will do what we can to care for them. We recently made some modifications to our shed to make it a year-round shelter, and we plan to plant a ‘cat-friendly’ garden this summer. Know that every purchase made here in some way goes to the care of these babies, whether it's food, vet care, TNR trips, home medications, wet treats, cat nip, flea & tick prevention, vaccinations, literally anything. Thank you thank you thank you <3
